Our 12 year old chocolate Labrador died suddenly (due to a medical error) four months ago. We’ve been on a waiting list to get another lab puppy since last summer. We had hoped that our new lab would be a little brother. Even though that didn’t come to pass, it’s amazing having four paws around the house again. Stay tuned...

After 6 months in the shelter, Neve is looking regal ( lemmy.world )

Here’s our senior cat Neve, adopted last year at the age of 9. Passed over too many times because of her age, she’s been a gem. Full of love for people and with a big personality. Can’t recommend adopting older pets enough. Such a rewarding experience.
