You must have a very distinctive description in how you define what stalking is. I'm going by the universally agreed definition of what stalking is. This is, on all accounts, stalking and they knew that.

But everyone still hasn't grown up past the phase in their childhood where they can't take accountability for their actions, so it MUST be the person they're scapegoating because that person is addressing the shit they refuse to owe up to.
