Wingsung 699 leaking ( sh.itjust.works )

Hi everyone,

I bought a Wingsung 699 from AliExpress recently because I wanted to try a vacuum filler. It seems to be leaking from the nib, which causes ink to get on the grip whenever I cap it. It also throws blobs of ink everywhere whenever I move it too quickly. Is this normal for Wingsung? I got another pen from them at one point, and it was fine (it was some kind of dark forest knockoff).
