A few years ago Joe had some great guests and discussions, such as Rhonda Patrick, Matthew Walker, Paul Stamets, etc… I started improving myself and following these people thanks to Joe’s podcast. I am thankful for that.

Nowadays, every few months I check to see if he had any lifestyle/science person but I never find anything… Is he just not inviting these types of people or am I just missing them?

JR is a mixed bag just like any other flawed human out there. There’s been really amazing content on his show over the years, as well as some harmful trash, but unfortunately many people will never give it a chance bc everyone just listens to whatever opinions and propaganda their tribe orders them to parrot. That’s probably a good chunk of the commenters in this post.
