I see your point. Please elaborate on no minimum wage though. Wouldnt that just mean a business owner could get away with paying someone say a penny per hour? I do agree on max wage though. Maybe a 5x what your lowest paid worker gets? So if your lowest paid worker got $20k/year the max the CEO could make would be $100k. If they want more then thats fine once they raise their minimum pay from $20k to something higher they can have more.
