This is very out of place given the HR drama from Western businesses this week. This seems legitimate to me to me to be fair, probation period not being passed is fine.

I didn’t say she was acting properly, but not giving someone a permanent spot or refusing to offer a contract after a probationary period is not uncommon or problematic.
