Usually giant companies like Amazon are overly concerned with optics. So one would think that the long list of “warning signs” to look for in your coworkers’ behavior would have made someone go “hey, maybe we should make this a little less fascist before we ok it.” Jesus fucking christ.

We didn’t get a video, but my first employer (Food Lion, a grocery store) did give us almost an identical spiel about once a year as “mandatory training”.

Amazon is afraid of unions. So, you’re saying that some workers might not agree? That doesn’t contradict the previous statement. Are you arguing in favor of Amazon’s actions? Are you criticizing employees who didn’t unionize? There doesn’t really seem to be any point to your statements.

My apologies for sounding argumentive; my intention is simply to try to understand where you are going with this…
