It bears noting that #Texas did ALL 3.
(restricted Vote by Mail, has #VoterID, and regularly purges the voter roll (I believe after every 5-6 years.)
The state limited #Absentee#Ballot drop boxes to one per county... including Harris County's 4.5 million people (home to #Houston's 2M people)... to a single drop box at Reliant Stadium on the SW side of town.
