Paging Evan Dahm and his copyright lawyers?

From Evan Dahm's wonderful art book Rice Boy, the enigmatic character T-O-E, a robot of sorts, though very philosophical. They are wearing a well worn purple greatcoat with orange lining. Their hands are like a metallic humanoid skeleton, and their head consists of a large round viewscreen, often showing inscrutable scenes only distantly echoing their thoughts or meaning.
