So....where did all the small and cheap homes go? We're bot complaining because we can't afford mcmansions, we're complaining because nothing's affordable. Even the 1 br condos are $300k and have a $400 monthly HOA fee
TNG then TOS, then release order is the best TBH. you can throw in TAS whenever you want after you've seen TOS. I's good for when you're high. don't listen to the people who tell you to skip enterprise it's good. watch the frist two seasons of discovery, then you can watch more discovery or strange new worlds. lower decks is any time after voyager, which is during or after DS9 which you must have seen TNG for and TOS for maximum enjoyment
Tue but smaller.buildings have lower coat per SQ ft and Seattle is mostly single family homes at the moment so even fourplexes would hypotheticallyincrease supply by 3x
Hence why Seattle needs more affordable housing. Now that HB 1110 allows denser housing in formerly single family zones Seattle Needs to become a city of fourplexes
it's got that mcmansion roofline without the size. it's just a sucky house in a shitty suburban hell. I bet the owner can't even legally use all the land they bought to make a vegetable garden
