Agreed and a little delusional as it seems to think the Industrial Age race is still to be won. It is over as we are entering a new era led by AI and while I do not have many predictions, I can confidently say, a lot of things are about to change…including boarders, countries, political system, economic systems and the way the global community operates. BRICS is a great idea if the world was not entering a new era where it will not matter.
