Fremont is going to look very different soon...

Word on the street is that the building at 3414-3424 Fremont Ave N Seattle, WA 98103 is going to be the usual 6 story deal. I couldn’t find any details on the new building so if someone has any to share, I’d appreciate it.

Also, Howard Schultz is putting his foundation by the Patches statue. That area was lost a long time ago, but the core of Fremont changing is hard for the 34th and Fremont Ave location.
