Vent , 10 months ago It’s a criminal offense now, so if the officer is having a bad day you get to spend the night in jail. Max fine of $500

manapropos , 10 months ago I thought I was crazy. I can’t think of a scenario anywhere in the US where you get pulled over without your license and it turns out OK
