Kind of sounds like ODD tbh.

Very possible the patient is suffering from some form of undiagnosed disorder, but unfortunately many Healthcare systems neglect that type of overlap, so physicians can’t even log psychiatric conditions for psychologists to check in on, as it’s a different field.

Sad times.
