They just wear better clothes and live in nicer neighborhoods - and do their work with a pen rather than with a flagpole crushing a Capitol Policeman’s head. The SCOTUS Code of Conduct urges recusal from a case to avoid the appearance of impropriety.

If Clarence Thomas followed the new code, he would recuse from Trump's presidential immunity case next week.

How could he appear to be impartial given his wife Ginni’s role in Jan. 6?

Yet Clarence Thomas didn't recuse himself from arguments today in a case about the January 6 insurrection.

How is this not a scandal of epic proportions?
