SCOTUS has ruled that presidents are essentially monarchs who can commit crimes, bribery is legal, federal regulatory agencies have no authority to keep us safe, and homeless people can be punished for being homeless.
Is it any wonder why public approval of this court is so low?
@rbreich We need someone who doesn't have the type of bad days that only get more frequent, who is willing to address the problem. We've known these decisions were coming for years to decades, and yet there's no plan.
@rbreich the custom of not having a real primary when there's an incumbent is a terrible thing for a coalition party, like the Democratic party. So sunk cost and an old man putting his ego first will likely be the end of us.
