OfficerBribe , 9 months ago (edited 9 months ago) to Sysadmin in Need Help With Microsoft 365 Azure AD Sync It should be possible to get rid of only EXO (Exchange Online) mailbox without impacting AAD account, at least it’s possible in on-premises. Have you tried to disable EXO service from license and/or used Disable-Mailbox command from EXO shell? Edit: Try accepted answer here.
