Yes, it does. I had a severe stroke almost 5 years ago. The photo is recent. I'm 71, and have no feeling on the right side, head to toe. Somehow I'm not supposed to look the way that I do, nor still be engaged in life... and I spend time around others trying to help them feel comfortable around me. How others expect me to act, vs. the way I am surprises them, so art in some ways imitates life on this. It's frustrating, but I also get it.

Don't pay attention to polls. I quit doing that years ago.
pay attention to people, what they actually say and what they are doing.
