Many of same Republicans in Congress sharing Mother's Day wishes also oppose paid family leave and universal childcare. Hello?

I guess their “universal childcare” is the mother. And she can have Mother’s day off.

Because that’s basically it: unpaid care labour, ideally in a relationship of unidirectional dependency.
