Is immigration good for the society that the immigrants left?
Is not our economic and foreign policy which is supine to the demands of our corporate oligarchy driving immigration?
If we had an economy that produced high value goods and could provide skilled new jobs then your statement would be true.
We do not have such an economy, therefore your bromide is not true.
