@rbreich Fine then. Biden should unilaterally appoint four more justices tomorrow. Bypass the senate. Have them show up Monday morning with a company of marines to be seated. Forcefully if necessary. Tuesday he should have Trump arrested along with Thomas and charged with treason and sent to Guantanamo. Finally have the military take over the legislatures in some key red states. Let’s see if the justices like their ruling by the end of next week.

Judge Cannon has postponed Trump's classified documents trial and didn't set a new start date.

The Supreme Court is slow walking Trump's classified documents case, which has delayed his Jan 6 trial.

The federal judiciary is effectively acting like a MAGA campaign arm.

@rbreich All true but really Merrick Garland slow walking the indictments is the original problem. They could have brought some of these charges in 2021 and they would have had more than enough time to get these trials finished. Garland didn't want to.
