I didn’t want to go trough creating and account and all but actually tried juat now. and hell no the site is a fucking mess there is no way to report a bug about panels

  1. bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=plasmashell
  2. log in
  3. choose Panel in the “component” list
  4. choose the version of Plasma you’re using
  5. write up the bug following the boiler plate in the text field
