Is it possible to change primary email on invent.kde.org account? + bonus question

Hello! I made my account on invent.kde.org a long time ago with my old email, but now I don’t use it anymore and I’d like to update it. I managed to add and verify it, but I’m unable to set it as primary email address. Is this impossible?

bonus question (probably unrelated): On identity.kde.org, if I try to add the new mail address I get Email Address “*****@******.***” has already been taken., but I don’t recall creating two accounts there (although it’s not impossible). So I went to Reset Password and it asked me the username and the mail address. I tried every single possible username I’ve ever used in my entire life (there are 3 of them, not so difficult) but it kept saying Email address does not match those known for the given username for my “real” username (registered with the old mail), and Username does not exist. for all other tries. Is there a way to understand what’s going on?
