The lines look like: <span style="color:#323232;">[Containments][2][Applets][43] </span><span style="color:#323232;">immutability=1 </span><span style="color:#323232;">plugin=org.kde.plasma.digitalclock </span> Remove them or comment them out, and the digital clock will disappear.
