The Panasonic LX100 and Leica D-Lux are fixed-lens cameras with that sensor format.

The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K has the m43 mount but not a 4/3 sensor; it’s 18.95x10mm instead of 17.3x13mm.
