This person is a judge, so should be capable of understanding legal rulings. The ruling in question only applied to creative professions. Not judges.

Not this shit again... already went through this drama with Kim Davis. She should be removed from the bench and disbarred to boot.

Wasn't she that like, government-employed accountant or something that refused to marry gay couples? These people are so traditional, they have a learning disability.

This judge should be removed/impeached immediately.

keeb420 ,

has she been asked to perform lgbtq+ weddings?

Won’t do your job because you are a Christian fascist? That’s a sacking.

It’s Texas, so there’s unfortunately a decent chance that no one will hold that judge accountable.

Sharpiemarker ,

Transcendant ,

Let’s hope so. This is exactly what many feared was coming.

The Colorado decision was explicitly for creative works. Signing off on a certificate wouldn’t count, even under the insane far-right decision of SCOTUS.

I’m afraid because of Dobbs.

"But I have my own special certificate for my court and my signature is my creative expression of myself!"
