I generally agree with the article, but what I don’t know is what “should” be done with Ukraine and Russia?

For Israel and the West Bank, the answer is much easier. But for Russia/Ukraine, Russia is clearly the aggressor, despite the history of NATO propping up Ukraine and antagonizing Russia. What is the “correct” response? Where correct is obviously a loaded term.

The correct response was to allow negotiations to happen back in 2022. Now, the correct response is to negotiate a surrender while there is still an Ukraine left. All the western “help” achieved was to ensure that millions of people had their lives ruined, and hundreds of thousands of people got killed and maimed. It did not change the outcome of the war and it made the situation for Ukraine far worse than it would’ve been otherwise.
