Well I’m sure he considered it, and has a plan to counter it, but if it goes to a jury…well, there’s a reason you should never opt for a jury trial.

It’s been pointed out that Trump is such a well-known and polarizing individual it’s going to be nearly impossible to find twelve jurors who can be objective. So it’ll probably come down to trial by judge, and unfortunately for him, this judge isn’t going to cut him any slack. That’s why he’s requesting a change of venue to West Virginia where he’s more likely to find a judge friendly to him.
