Dr. Pulaski Appreciation Post ( startrek.website )

I don't know whether it's a popular opinion or not, but I think Dr. Pulaski was a great character and I found her much more interesting than Dr. Crusher. I don't know if it was down to the writing or the performance but Pulaski is one of the best parts of season 2 and I would have been happy to see her character continue....

Renegade Cut had a pretty good video about her. https://piped.video/watch?v=HC4K1mx0SPQ. I was mostly wrong about her. I didn't realize they became friends later. That's a pretty big arc for only one season.

Just keep it open. Can’t hurt. I’ve got accounts at 3 credit unions (1 online, 2 local). Being in the military years ago, I saw a lot of people who’s accounts were hacked and how much it sucks to have no money at all, so I don’t keep all my money in one place.

In this post, I’ll provide a lot of basic information about investing, with links to additional reading for various concepts. Most of these concepts are not US-centric, though I will be mentioning US-specific details, such as tax-advantaged account types....

One thing nobody points out is that those last 5+ years of your life, your health will probably be failing, physically and maybe mentally. If someone has to take over your finances and they aren’t financially literate, your money will run out a lot sooner.

I’m not talking about someone stealing your money(which does happen), but someone who means well, but just makes bad decisions. There’s no easy fix for it, but a living will helps.
