The best way is find a friend who had work done that you were impressed with and have them introduce you. That way you can get first hand experience about the quality and customer service.
100%. Not to mention you probably spent $50 on this, maybe a bit more. You would have pulled your hair out thinking how much a pro would cost you and it wouldn’t be better by much.
This is my recommendation also. Honestly a cedar fence picket cut to size wouldn’t be difficult and would only cost $5 assuming you have a circular saw.
