Heya! I'm a little bratty red corgi :babybread: but sometimes I'm also a silly rubber piggy, both named Rusty! My account might bounce between the two characters, fair warning. :pupper_wag:

I periodically do programming, gaming, boating, and lots of Linux tinkering (btw I use Arch :archlinux:) I'm also a big fan of #Transformation, #ABDL, #Paws, #PupPlay, and other silly nonsense.

I maayyy be the Boss Baby behind the curtain, but don't tell anybody.

⚠️NSFW Ahead 🔞 Do not follow if you are a minor or would prefer not to see NSFW (with a CW, of course). There will be plenty of NSFW on this account. :blobfoxfloofhappy:⚠️

@arstechnica Didn't they already try this with the Task View years ago and nobody used it?

The Apple TV is coming for the Raspberry Pi’s retro emulation box crown

Apple’s restrictions will still hold it back, but there’s a lot of possibility.

So far this week...

The FTC banned the use of noncompete clauses.

The DOL strengthened overtime rules.

The FCC restored .

The DOT expanded protections for airline passengers.

This is what it looks like when the government works on behalf of the people.

@rbreich Funny how the unelected positions work harder for the people than the elected ones. :neofox_what: The fact that any of this is notable isn't a victory for the government, it just serves to highlight how dysfunctional the government is that it took politically appointed agencies to do their jobs for them. Meanwhile, instead of passing anything to help the citizenry, the only bipartisan legislation they can pass is one that allocates funds for a genocide and bans free speech because "China scary uwu". All of the progress made by the FTC, DOL, FCC, and DOT can easily be rolled back by the next president. The only victories we can get excited about are temporary.
