@arstechnica at this point I really don't understand why anyone who wants to use anything outside of Apple services is even buying an iPhone.

If you're happy with what Apple provides then fine but if you want to use any service/app not made by Apple then buy an Android because an iPhone doesn't meet your needs.

Apple are a problem but so are the people who keep supporting their anti-consumer behavior by buying their products

Phone won't do something, buy one that will.
