To whomever made Dolphin's "Extract here, autodetect subfolder" feature - I love you ( outpost.zeuslink.net )

I hope this doesn’t violate the low-quality rule. For those who don’t know, when you right click an archive in Dolphin, the extract menu has a “Extract archive here, autodetect subfolder” option and its absolutely brilliant! If you’ve ever extracted a zip, tar, etc and ended up with files splattered everywhere this...

And it will only create a directory if the compressed file has more than one file inside It’s the perfect behavior.

KDE, to me, is exactly what I'd hope for in usability [personally] and how it is developed. I love it! ( lemmy.kde.social )

I began distro hopping in 2021, with a slight break in 2022, before coming back full swing this year. After a while of trying almost anything that seemed interesting to me, tinkering, and learning about Linux as a whole, I’ve absolutely fallen in LOVE with KDE as a whole. I’ll mainly be talking about the desktop, here....
