It’s important to see the fall of the Chevron doctrine for what it is: a power grab by corporate interests, allowing them to shop for judges who will strip agencies of their power to protect the public.

What happened to the belief that SCOTUS had no role in legislating?

@rbreich To be fair, Marbury was a power grab in the first place - I believe that judicial review, as it currently exists, should probably be abolished.
