@rbreich Six fuckers decided that checks and balances no longer apply to them. Even if Biden wins again, we are now under the authoritarian rule of a Committee of Six. We must elect large majorities in congress and expand the Supreme Court.

@rbreich To be fair, Marbury was a power grab in the first place - I believe that judicial review, as it currently exists, should probably be abolished.
