I can't believe I even have to say this, but it is not normal that the Supreme Court is taking its sweet time to decide if the president can incite an insurrection to overturn an election and maintain power. This should have been decided already. The answer is no!

@rbreich I would guess they are wading into the weeds of Qualified Immunity. Which is chilling because if they believe the correct answer ("No" btw) will put a crack in the foundation of QI that all police misdeeds stand on and which the courts firmly shore up at every chance, they will come back with a "yes".
