    Those who do not know this history are doomed to repeat it. When it happens it won’t be small, localized, or slow.

    We are globally in a housing bubble. 7 stocks determine the direction of our market. Our banks are balls deep in a collapsing carry trade. Valuations are factoring in years of growth with zero hiccups … while not factoring in declining numbers and increased rates.

    … I could go on. Nothing got better since 2008. It’s gotten worse.
