Are you thinking of trying out Mastodon, but feel intimidated by the options? Don't worry, we wrote a comprehensive guide to help you!
Today, we’re abnormally jazzed to announce that we’re open-sourcing the custom framework we built to power your dashboard on Tumblr. We call it StreamBuilder, and we’ve been using it for many years.…

I'm a bit confused about if I needed a new account here or I could of used my mastodon account? Can we browse lemmy through mastodon and post? Can we see mastodon posts here?
The first few times I saw "+18", I didn't even know what it meant because it was backwards and the threads weren't particularly NSFW.
For those who aren't aware, Kbin Cafe is a Kbin instance I run. Cross-posting our stance on Threads for visibility....

Just wondering
There’s been a lot of speculation around what Threads will be and what it means for Mastodon. We’ve put together some of the most common questions and our responses based on what was launched today.
Twitter’s dying, Reddit’s changing, everything else is entertainment – and there’s nowhere left to hang out.
