@georgetakei Unless you are a termite you should get 55% of your calorie intake from carbs. Donuts are crappy carbs - whole grain cereals, fruit and vegetables are really good sources of carbs. Avoid carbs too much/long and you’ll have health problems. Re weight - eat less not less (good) carbs. Avoids fads and quacks.
