@georgetakei "Back the blue" never actually meant support police officers as a whole. After all, if it did, MAGA wouldn't have killed several police officers when they attacked the government.
One thing you have to remember is that "MAGA" is just a catch-all to include some of the worst racism, hate, etc and even includes some actual nazis It's like a dogwhistle, except meant to catch quite a range rather than just one specific type of animal.

(I hope the officer's neck is OK, and hope that Cawthorn receives the same fair treatment under the law that any other person would expect after driving so recklessly and apparently causing injury to a public servant.)
