iPadOS 18 could ship with built-in Calculator app, after 14 Calculator-less years

Every single iPhone and Mac has come with a calculator app, but not the iPad.

@arstechnica So we have powerful tablets with CPUs that power Pro laptops, but with an OS that is limited to something like a Smart TV. And the next update to that OS could have a calculator app? And that's somehow news? =) world is just mad.

@arstechnica At least an Offizial Apple Calculator App, allthough its a bit strange that you need one as you also could use Exel or something simular..
