@arstechnica On the bright side, maybe we will get a de facto standard for ARM or RISC-V laptops? Right now you can install any Linux distro on any PC laptop, but if you buy an ARM or other alternative architecture laptop, you are limited to whatever distro has been ported to that particular machine.
