@georgetakei good neighborhoods have people on bicycle carts selling elote, tameles or tacos

They likely have also have bags of junk food and maybe drinks like horchata

They might even have fresh roasted green chilis ( hatch ++ )

Austin had Midnight Taco for a while. They would drive up to your party and start slinging tacos to order.

Gas is $7/gallon in CA, almost $5 most other places. Have to sell a hell of a lot of tacos to fill the tank!
