Just comparing this guy’s words with those of Barbara Bush at the 1990 commencement at Wellesley, a college for women:
“Somewhere out in this audience may even be someone who will one day follow in my footsteps, and preside over the White House as the president’s spouse. …I wish him well!”
@georgetakei Let’s not lose sight of the fact that the college he gave the commencement speech at is run by a dog shit pile of misogynistic white men who couldn’t get laid without brainwashing women into believing some invisible cabbage in the sky was commanding them to obey. If that’s the kind of inspirational speakers they want, they should be allowed. The real ire should be directed at the kids who attend that school and the rich white people who pay their way.
