@UncleDuke1969 on "X": I suggested to my wife that it seemed pointless to continually fill the bird feeder, as the squirrels always empty it in hours. Behind me, my son said, “It’s in your interest for the squirrels to be on your side when the Great War begins,” and ate another spoonful of Froot Loops.

    @georgetakei When the Great War begins, that kid will be Envoy to the Green Dappled Court. He will be permitted a chained marten for defense purposes.

    @georgetakei It's the birds v. the squirrels and I'm personally on the birds side.
    What is in those Fruit Loops the kids is eating?
    Is there something we should know about? (Looks out window to see if squirrels are forming a gang...)
