@rbreich It’s VERY apparent that US ‘justice’ is for sale. What a fucking mess. They know the price of everything but the value of nothing! USA GROW UP!!!!!
@rbreich and unfortunately all of this rhetoric, all these post mean nothing to the justices because they are above criticism, they see themselves as not servants of the law but speakers of the law. Kind of like the oracles of ancient times. Make the appropriate sacrifice or donation to get the pronouncements from the gods that you desire.
@rbreich To me, being a simple kind of man, then having the power of US Senate Majority, I would end ALL funding of the Judicial Branch until he sees fit to show up and be held to the standards of accountability that apply to the rest of us.
And then it would get hard for them...if I were Senate Majority leader.
In fact, as a citizen, I begin to question the legitimacy of Supreme Court decisions, just as I would have during the times of the Fugitive Slave Act.
