Pass term limits. Expand the court. Enact an enforceable code of ethics.

Dems must do this the moment they gain back control of Congress.

@rbreich All the leading Senate democrats don't have the spine to stand up to SCOTUS justices, and they don't have the cojones to investigate them, their financial records, and their political connections to republican donors. They don't have cojones to hold hearings to get them under oath. They can at least embarrass them, maybe some into resigning. They don't have courage to propose bill to increase SCOTUS to 13 to match the appeals court districts, the standard used to increase to 9. Time for change. Time democrats get their act together and stop being afraid. Be like LBJ, tough, strong and a fighter. Make republicans fear you, not laugh at you.

@rbreich You know better. A Constitutional amendment would be required to pass term limits. That requires 3/4 of the states plus 2/3 of both houses. I wish term limits would pass, but barring a miracle it won't be in my lifetime or yours.

All six of the MAGAt justices must be removed. Maybe Coney Barrett is OK although her husband bringing cases before the court should not be allowed.These "justices" have abused their position and perverted their oaths. They got kickbacks to rule for certain outcomes. That is judicial corruption. Start investigations immediately. Sorry Merrick Garland but you will have to enforce those subpoenas. If you won't do it, then you will be replaced. This is a break glass moment.

I have a better solution. Get them to grant the president authority to assassinate his political rivals. Kill them and appoint their replacements to reverse that decision.
