@georgetakei many years ago I worked in central London (Coventry Garden area) and a new pizza place opened nearby. Their two signature pizzas were English breakfast (bacon eggs beans, etc.) and fish and chips pizza (you got vinegar with that one). My take? They were both tasty.
@georgetakei he is allowed to bastardise an English breakfast as he's Scottish, but to a pizza.. poor pizza, still it could be worse... Pineapple anyone?

Honestly, where would we be if chefs weren't experimenting with ideas that seemed totally wacky at the time? Sure, this composition may not work, but it may lead to other ideas.
