@arstechnica I really don’t care that they reversed it … the fact that they had to reverse it at all is the issue. In my opinion, considering the amount of money they have in the bank and tax they avoid every year they should be repairing phones for free no questions asked.

@arstechnica can you imagine taking your car in for service, and having the dealership seize it because the floormats aren't OEM?
