Do you think if we killed off another 1.25 disabled people we might be able to get that number below 1%?
I'm not suggesting that we do it, but I am pointing out that a tremendous and continuing burden was imposed upon the American people by the Biden Administration to arrive at that number. @DemocracyMattersALot
